MICROPIGMENTATION
MICROPIGMENTATION
Advanced technique for semi-permanent correction and enhancement.
Micropigmentation is a cosmetic technique that involves implanting biocompatible pigments into the dermal layer of the skin using precision needles. Its aim is to improve or restore color, definition, or density in facial or body areas. In other cases, it functions as “permanent makeup” or as camouflage for imperfections (scars, alopecia, etc.).
Micropigmentation is ideal for those who want:
- Enhance or redefine facial areas such as eyebrows, lips, eyeliner.
- Correct sparse or poorly defined areas (for example, after alopecia or loss of density).
- To camouflage scars, marks, or areas that have lost pigment or volume.
- Improve your appearance without surgery, with shorter session time and recovery.
It is also suitable for patients who have difficulty applying regular makeup, or who are looking for a semi-permanent aesthetic solution.
At Dfine Clinic we combine medical-aesthetic criteria: personalized evaluation, high-quality pigments, professional follow-up and touch-ups when necessary, to guarantee a natural, harmonious and long-lasting result.
EYEBROWS
Eyebrow micropigmentation allows you to redefine, fill in, or reconstruct the natural arch, achieving a balanced and expressive design. It is ideal for people with sparse, asymmetrical eyebrows, or those with loss of density due to hormonal causes, alopecia, or excessive plucking.
LIPS
Lip micropigmentation enhances the contour, color, and symmetry of the lips, boosting their volume and luminosity without altering their natural shape. The procedure corrects asymmetries, adds color to pale or lackluster lips, and achieves a “natural lip” effect with a satin finish.
EYES
Micropigmentation eyeliner intensifies the gaze and adds definition to the eye without the need for conventional makeup. It can be applied to the upper lash line, lower lash line, or both, depending on the eye shape and the desired effect.
CAPILLARY
Scalp micropigmentation involves implanting pigments into the scalp to simulate the presence of follicles or increase the sensation of hair density.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Most patients report minimal discomfort, as the procedure is performed at a reduced depth (superficial dermis) and topical anesthesia can be applied if needed.
Although the implanted pigment is semi-permanent, its duration depends on factors such as skin type, the treated area, pigment quality, post-treatment care, and sun exposure or wear and tear. Some studies on scalp micropigmentation have reported minimal pigment loss after 7-32 months.
Yes. At Dfine Clinic we can assess the combination with other medical-aesthetic or hair treatments to optimize the result, provided that the appropriate recovery times are respected.
Although you will notice a visual improvement after the session, the optimal result usually stabilizes around 3 months, when the pigment has already been incorporated into the skin and the touch-up has been carried out, if necessary.
The treatment is suitable for many skin types, but each case will be assessed individually. For skin prone to keloids, very thin skin, or skin with active skin conditions, a more thorough preliminary analysis is necessary. Similarly, very young people or those experiencing active hormonal changes may require careful evaluation.
